Robinson Crusoe: Adventure on the Cursed Island is another epic game created by Ignacy Trzewiczek, the author of Stronghold. This time Trzewiczek takes the players to a deserted island, where they'll play the parts of shipwreck survivors confronted by an extraordinary adventure. They'll be faced with the challenges of building a shelter, finding food, fighting wild beasts, and protecting themselves from weather changes. Building walls around their homes, animal domestication, constructing weapons and tools from what they find and much more awaits them on the island. The players decide in which direction the game will unfold and – after several in-game weeks of hard work – how their settlement will look. Will they manage to discover the secret of the island in the meantime? Will they find a pirate treasure, or an abandoned village? Will they discover an underground city or a cursed temple at the bottom of a volcano? Answers to these questions lie in hundreds of event cards and hundreds of object and structure cards that can be used during the game...

This new edition of Robinson Crusoe: Adventures on the Cursed Island features custom wooden pieces, thick cardboard character cards, over 450 edits on the cards to improve clarity, a standard-sized square box, a seventh scenario, and an all-new English rulebook based on the excellent German edition. Portal Games has also updated the cover illustration with new artwork from Vincent Dutrait to help customers identify the new version of the game from previous editions.

With Quadropolis: Public Services, an expansion for the Quadropolis base game, players can add new public service buildings to their cities. As Mayor, will they choose to increase the population by building a maternity ward or protect their citizens with a new police station? Perhaps a reprocessing plant would be a good investment to decrease pollution... Whatever you choose, competition will be fierce, and being able to build the right public service at the right time will not be made easy by the other players.

Each round, a selection of public service tiles are revealed and placed face up next to the board. Players will then be able to build these in their city, with each of these new buildings offering in-game bonuses and scoring options to newly challenge you as Mayor of a modern city.
