Camel Up (second edition) - New!

    New Addition

In Camel Up, up to eight players bet on five racing camels, trying to suss out which ones will place first and second in a quick race around a pyramid. The earlier you place your bet, the more you can win — should you guess correctly, of course. Camels don't run neatly, however, sometimes landing on top of another one and being carried toward the finish line. Who's going to run when? That all depends on how the dice come out of the pyramid dice shaker, which releases one die at a time when players pause from their bets long enough to see who's actually moving!

This 2018 edition of Camel Up features new artwork, a new game board design, a new pyramid design, engraved dice, and new game modes, including crazy rogue camels that start the race running in the opposite direction! You never know how a race will end!

    7 Wonders: Armada - New!

    New Addition

7 Wonders: Armada is an expansion for 7 Wonders that can be combined with the base game or any combination of expansions.

With this expansion, each player gets a separate "naval" board at the start of the game in addition to their wonder board. The expansion includes additional red, green, yellow, and blue cards to shuffle into the deck, and each time that you pay for the cost for any red, green, yellow, and blue card — not only the ones added in this expansion — you can pay an additional cost shown on your naval board to advance your ship of the matching color. When you advance the red ship, for example, you gain naval strength, and at the end of an era, you compare your naval strength against all the players at the table, not only adjacent players, to determine who's strongest, who's second-strongest, etc., with victory points handed out accordingly.

    Scarabya

As the head of an international archaeological team, it is your job to establish camps across the four corners of the globe and uncover the long-lost golden scarabs of Scarabya.

Scarabya is a tile-laying puzzle game, in which your goal is to score scarabs by positioning your tiles such that they create enclosed zones of 1 to 4 squares. Each scarab in an enclosed zone is worth a number of points equal to the number of squares in its zone. Players all play the same tiles, in order. Each turn, a new tile is drawn and all players simultaneously place their copy of the tile on their individual boards. The game is over after all 12 tiles have been drawn (and either placed or discarded). The player with the most points wins.

Who are GeekStop Games?

Free delivery or pick-up in the London Ontario area.We are a London-based board game retailer, dedicated to spreading the word about the 'new era' of gaming.

No, these aren't your typical Monopoly and Risk type games. Many of these games are European by design, which means a much higher degree of strategy than the old roll-and-move games. Make no mistake, there's something for everyone here; games for kids, games for the hard-core strategist, and even light party games. But they all involve having a great time with your friends and family while staying 'unplugged' for a while. And if we don't have what you're looking for, drop us a line...we might just be able to get it for you!

Many people out there are unaware that these types of games even exist. We aim to fix that.

Geeky Testimonial

GeekStop Games has been an awesome source of great game choices for the game geeks in my life and for those of us who are not quite as 'hard core'! Jason is very knowledgeable about the world of games - the tried and true classics as well as what is new and upcoming - and can give excellent feedback about the wide variety of games that he carries. It feels as though he has played every one! Service and delivery have been excellent, and I have recommended GeekStop to friends who are game addicts as well as to those who don't know much about games and have benefited from Jason's informed recommendations.
